He has photographed well-known figures such as political leader Nelson Mandela, tennis star Andy Murray, music legend Sir Mick Jagger and many more. Adam Jacobs has 10+ years experience as a professional photographer, and his eye for light, movement, and color create imagery with immense artistic depth.

He specializes in dynamic panoramas and other stunning imagery. His collection captures the energy and magnetism of diverse wildlife populations, architectural phenomena, opulent interiors, invigorating sports moments, stunning landscapes, and city views that are awe inspiring!

His story is one of strength. Adam Jacobs spent years trying to uncover his mystery illness. A mystery that plagued him from early adulthood and left him lying in a dark room for nearly two years. During this time daily tasks were becoming harder and harder to complete. His refuge from the pain became his lens, one of the only ways he was able to find temporary peace and solace. After several misdiagnoses, Adam sought out help from the University of Michigan Head Pain Center. What was supposed to be a short trip to Ann, Arbor Michigan resulted in a longer than anticipated stay and a remarkable journey, where serendipitous moments and his will to heal launched his photography career. Originally from London, Adam is currently based in San Francisco and now spends much of his time giving back and helping others. Sharing his talents and passions for photography all around the world! He is currently teaching “Masters of Photography” workshops across America to aspiring and professional photographers and works with notable companies like Hewlett Packard, Google, Clifford Chance, Nielsen, PWC, and the list goes on.

He’s a global brand ambassador for established photographic brands including Manfrotto, Lowepro, and BlackRapid. Adam works with these brands to share his photographic expertise and excitement about their new products at large scale photography events!

His teachings led him to write and launch a successful e-book titled ” Understanding and Using Filters In Photography,” which has been downloaded 70,000+ times. His incredible journey has motivated him to create countless educational videos on the art form of photographic filters, and he currently travels for speaking engagements across the country to educate, inspire, and inform on the many facets of photography.

A fine-art montage series Adam created using photographs taken whilst hanging from a helicopter above New York to be shown at the world’s largest photography event “Photokina” in Cologne, Germany this month while other photographers shot as he’s traveled across America documenting “abandoned Spaces” are part of the prestigious “Sir Elton John Photography Collection.”

Awarded a 2018 Alumni Laureate from the University Of Nottingham for Outstanding Achievement in the Arts. Recognizing those who have achieved exemplary and extraordinary feats within their artistic fields.
